Chapter II Principles of Information Disclosure

   Article 4 Information disclosure shall adhere to the principles of compliance with law, truthfulness and accuracy, timely disclosure and strict implementation of responsibilities.

   (1) Compliance with the law. The information to be disclosed must be in compliance with laws, regulations and relevant provisions, the contents, methods, scope and procedures of information disclosure shall be determined in accordance with the law, and state secrets and business secrets shall be strictly protected.

   (2) True and accurate. The disclosed information shall be true and accurate, and there shall be no false records, misleading statements or major omissions.

   (3) Timely disclosure. Information that should be disclosed shall be disclosed in a timely manner in an appropriate manner and shall not be concealed, delayed or withheld.

   (4) Strictly implementing responsibilities. In accordance with the requirements of "who forms who discloses, who discloses shall be responsible", the relevant departments of Tianfu Health Group shall be responsible for the public information provided by their own departments as the public information provider.

Chapter III Contents and methods of information disclosure

   Article 5 Means of information disclosure

   Article 6 Contents of information disclosure

   (2) Corporate culture, values and work dynamics of the company;

   (3) talent philosophy, team structure and recruitment;

   (4) developments of major emergencies, emergency response and performance of social responsibilities;

   (5) Other information that should be voluntarily disclosed in accordance with laws and regulations.

   Article 7 Information not to be disclosed

   (1) information involving State secrets; Information involving trade secrets and personal privacy.

   (2) information that, if disclosed, may affect law enforcement activities such as inspection, investigation, evidence collection and deliberation.

   (3) Information identified by Tianfu Health Group that may infringe on the privacy and reputation of others, cause damage to the legitimate rights and interests of relevant personnel, and affect the normal order of the enterprise and society.

   (4) Other information not to be disclosed as stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

   Chapter IV Examination and Approval Process

   Article 8 For information disclosed through sichuan Development and tianfu Health Group portal, please fill in The Approval Form for Network Information Release of Tianfu Health Group and get the signature and approval of relevant leaders before it can be disclosed.

   Chapter V Confidential Examination

   Article 9 Tianfu Health Group shall, before disclosing information, conduct a confidential review of the information to be disclosed in accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on Guarding State Secrets and other laws and regulations. If the information cannot be determined whether it involves secrets, it shall be submitted to the leadership of the company for examination and confirmation.

   Article 10 The Comprehensive Management Department of Tianfu Health Group shall be responsible for guiding all departments to conduct confidential review on the information to be disclosed, and supervise and inspect the implementation of confidentiality responsibility in the information disclosure work.

   Chapter VI Supervision and Administration

   Article 11 Those who violate relevant laws, regulations or the provisions of this system in the work of information disclosure shall be punished accordingly according to the seriousness of the case.

   Chapter VII Supplementary Provisions

   Article 12 The information that the directly funded enterprises and the entrusted management enterprises of Tianfu Health Group must disclose according to law shall be implemented in accordance with the Interim Measures for Information Disclosure System of Tianfu Health Group, and shall be submitted to the Comprehensive Management Department of Tianfu Health Group for review and release according to the procedures upon completion of examination and approval.

   Article 13 Tianfu Health Group enterprise Management Department is responsible for the interpretation of this system.

   Article 14 This system shall go into effect as of the date of promulgation.
